Do you wanna funk? POWER, SEDUCTION, FREEDOM AND GLAMOUR the messages of the Versace autumn/winter 2014 women and men campaign. The campaign was photographed by Mert & Marcus and Donatella Versace was on hand to lead with her creative direction.
Models Anna Ewers and Stella Tennant express the message of femininity and strength. Each model plays a role that represents the degree of differences in a woman’s character: Anna stands behind glass window looking like a Versace mannequin in a shop window displaying her beauty and that of the clothes. Anna screams seduction and glamour without saying anything, whilst Stella’s stands with her hand on the wall demanding back her power or possibly lusting or that fire red seduction number worn by Anna.
Models Filip Hrivnak and Daniel van der Deen wear pieces from the autumn/winter 2014 collection. Check out my Instagram video this should refresh your memory along with two pictures that I uploaded to Instagram the music is so Donatella express yourself!!

Donatella was inspired by biker boys, actually yesterday I was watching Grease 2 thought of the Versace AW14 mens collection inspired by the biker boys, police studs in the 1950’s and the Wild West. The men’s campaign gives the men the opportunity to strip not literally strip but remove a layer that each time relieves who they are as individuals.
Donatella stated “In the new campaigns, I wanted to express the power and freedom of Versace today. The women’s images are about strength and sensuality, with women in total control. The men’s campaign stands for a man’s right to be whoever he wants to be.”
